As a Professor and Speaker, My Struggle with Constant Dry Mouth and What I Used to Finally Get Rid of It

Why am I even writing this article on LDS S.M.I.L.E.? At first glance, it doesn’t seem like it fits in with anything on the site and on the surface that might be true. The fact of the matter is that I went out of my way to ask to participate with the Oral7 brand because I personally have been struggling with dry mouth the majority of my adult life.

SterreHealth_Oral7Product1Dry mouth sucks. I didn’t even realize for the longest time why I would have a hard time swallowing, talking or dealing with the bad breath I had in the mornings. I just thought it was just a “me” thing. When I found out that “dry-mouth” was a thing, I got excited at the potential of not having deal with the side effects of dry mouth.

Dry mouth can be caused by a myriad of different reasons. It can be caused by anything ranging from dehydration to medications that you may be taking. Many cancer patients have to deal with severe dry mouth issues stemming from side effects of chemotherapy.

Anyways, as many of you know I speak a lot. I teach at LDS Business college, speak at firesides and events all the time. I’m constantly speaking and I’m constantly having to deal with my dry mouth and drinking what seems like gallons of water just to alleviate it when I’m speaking for 45-60 minutes at a time.

So when I heard about the Oral7 products that would alleviate the dry mouth, I jumped all over the opportunity to see if it actually worked and would help me deal with an issue I have been dealing with for over 15 years now.

In short, it works

I wouldn’t be writing this article up if it didn’t. I would have simply said, thanks for the product but it didn’t work and so I’m not going to be able to write about it. If you want to read all of the features and great benefits it has from the Antibacterial Protein-Enzyme System to the fact it doesn’t use any alcohol or harsh chemicals, you can read all about that below. The bottom line is that it simply works. I’ve been using it for the past 7 days and it’s remarkable the difference it has made in my life as I get up early in the morning to teach or before I go speak at a fireside.

Freshen Breath

I brush my teeth regularly and I constantly have some kind of breath mint or gum to chew on just to make sure I don’t have bad breath. One side benefit of using Oral7 was the fact that I didn’t need to constantly have gum or mints in my mouth to keep it fresh. It was just naturally fresh and if I needed a quick spray before an event, they have a spray mouthwash that you can quickly use right before you go on. It was awesome.

So what are some dry mouth symptoms?

  • A sticky, dry feeling in the mouth
  • Frequent thirst
  • Sores in the mouth; sores or split skin at the corners of the mouth; cracked lips
  • A dry feeling in the throat
  • A burning or tingling sensation in the mouth and especially on the tongue
  • A dry, red, raw tongue
  • Problems speaking or trouble tasting, chewing, and swallowing
  • Hoarseness, dry nasal passages, sore throat
  • Bad breath

I could go on and on about the benefits of Oral 7 but really you won’t understand how well this works until you try it out for yourself. You can get a free sample of Oral7 for you to try out to see how effective it works. Just click on the image below.
