Well it’s no surprise that Wal-mart has three campaigns that are in the top ten ad campaigns during the holiday season including the top spot. Duracell’s “Stars Wars” theme spot came in second but to the surprise of many, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint’s Christmas initiative came in at #9 among all campaign including the likes of AT&T, Toys ‘R’ Us, Target and many others.

This week alone it has reached over 17,000,000 views and it is surpassing some of the best campaigns in the country. Adage, a digital marketing news source ran a story titled “Walmart Crushes Holiday Video Views, but One Bona Fide Spiritual Message Gets Through too.

From their site:
“Perhaps the least expected member of the list, in a season dominated by commercial messaging, is a campaign sponsored by the Mormon Church.”

It’s amazing the reach and power of this message and the results speak for themselves. The message is resonating with individuals from all different faiths and backgrounds and it’s a message that is truly needed during this time of year.
