LDS Family Services and Adoption.com announced a new partnership today that will provide a free site for LDS couples seeking to adopt. What is cool about this new partnership is that LDS Family Services also will pay the monthly fee for Adoption.com parent profiles on the site for the next 12 months for couples who meet certain qualifications. Normally the website’s fee runs $199 per month but this will be paid for by LDS Family Services until February of next year.

Adoption.com will be hosting an open house this Saturday in Salt Lake City for couples who would like to learn more about adoption and adoption.com.

This partnership will come as great and exciting news for couples looking to adopt since the announcement last year that LDS Family Services would be suspending their adoption services.

LDS Family Services has allowed for more prospective couples to post profiles on adoption.com/lds. Some of the previous criteria, such as requirements regarding infertility and a limit on the number of children adoptive parents already have no longer apply.

For all of the details of this new partnership, check out the information that was released by LDS Family Services
